Develops and retains broad customer base through field visit 
- Prepares reports and updates for performance review and future reference on strategic planning 
- Ensures high standard of customer service such as dealing with problem resolution and follow up plans; Maintains close and harmonic relationship with customers to obtain information for research on competitors.
- Ensures all literature, pamphlets and gimmicks are ready for distribution for doctors & GPs during field visit.
- Organizes and coordinates promotional activities in line with budget such as arranging symposiums, designing gimmicks, etc.
- Maintains high level of product and medical knowledge; Keeps current with medical advancements and literature.
- Reports to Area Manager regularly on matters regarding market situation, competitor activities, health related policy and response from doctors in relation to Ferring products, etc.
- Arranges and participates meetings on a regular basis.
- Communicates with colleagues in P&A regarding all new customer information on a timely basis.
- Provides moderate supervision to the team in sales aspect.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience required

- University graduate with Doctor or Pharmacist Degree
