Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì

  • Support procurement business process of MediGroup Vietnam by harmonizing cross divisionally processes.
  • Drive time and resource saving standardization of process and tender projects across different departments (sales, operation, product).
  • Monitor and forecast public procurement projects and coordinate all related actions be taken by stakeholders in timely manner.
  • Collecting data from external tender platforms, and consolidating data from internal sources on a daily basis.
  • Coordinating with Sales Managers to collect the provincial procurement information.
  • Coordinating with Sales Managers/Product Managers/Sales Reps of regional teams to confirm their actions for identified tenders and following up bidding process (price, quantity).
  • Measure and track success of implemented procurement strategies and harmonized processes.
  • Coordinating with Product Managers, Financial Manager to get timely input and approval of financial and profitability conditions of the proposal.
  • Analyzing the tender documents and rules, to support the decision making.
  • In charge of coordinating with Operation, Sales and Product teams to prepare accurate information in the tender documents.
  • Identify critical points of public procurement process and build preventive measures, establishing actions (price, quantities, deadlines).
  • Support, train and re-train MediGroup team members at all departments directly involved in procurement process.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis on specific procurement topics and global governance in Sustainability & Compliance area.
  • Screen market on new procurement trends of Vietnam Health Service and benchmark processes.

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Operations Management or Sciences

Experience:

  • Three (03) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance
  • Good knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS programs

Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:

  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High soft skills: team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, self-initiative, self-dependency, enthusiastic and goal orientation
  • English language (written and spoken)
