Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì
- Collaborating with Regulatory, Government affair, logistic to prepare tender documents for each SKU. Make sure we have sufficient, exactly tender documents for bidding
- Follow up the valid of these tender documents and proactive to work with RG, GA, Logistic to update any change of tender documents.
- Attending monthly logistic meeting to update any changes of tender documents
- Checking attending product list from distributors to make sure all MSD product information are correct. Collaborating with Account Team to cross check attending product list.
- Working with sub-distributor for local tenders.
- Submit tenders on tender web of distributors.
- Collaborating with commercial team to handle any issues relating to tenders, orders, pending orders…
- Update tender results after getting reports from distributors. Follow up Qmax report to provide monthly report data to KAM & Tender lead to follow up tender quota, quota utilization
- Support KAM & Tender lead to organise workshop, symposiums, meetings
- Support KAM & Tender lead some admin works if any.
