Support to Marketing

• Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner.

• Provide the Marketing with a full range of administrative support to assist with the success of the company. In this regard, Marketing assistant must be able to provide word-processing and general administrative support in logistic of symposia, congresses, events, conferences, workshops training sessions with registration, coordination and organizing.... as instructed.

• Assist Product Manager on proposal, expense reports, ad-hoc tasks.

• Ensure accurate control of documentation and co-ordinate with other function for team achievement.

• Record marketing expense, marketing materials, marketing travel arrangements

• Attend meetings and produce material and meeting notes accurately if required.

• Responsible for processing marketing activities’ expenses and advance, general office management.

• Liaise with vendors (grocery, stationery etc..) on purchasing/replenishment for Marketing meeting if requested

• Ensures all promotional process are in adherence to P3 guidelines and act in compliance with Code of Conduct

Others

• Demonstrate behaviors in accordance with Novartis & Sandoz Core Values & Behaviors, Code of conduct.

• Handle assignments as requested within given timeline.

• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
