Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collecting Tender information from different sources independently e.g. including policies, point system, insurance formulations list, tender packages, tender committee contact list, schedule of tender
Manage & keep updated all products’ tender situation in Northern and Central Vietnam
Reporting to Field Force Manager and to the Management
Working closely with all stake holders of the tender process including third parties.
Managing the full scale of tender process including local distributor activities
Monitoring MOH/SOH regulations on tender
Field work to communicate and understand hospital tender policy & specific requirement in key hospitals
Ensure listing of all possible products in all hospitals, both in in- and outpatient departmentsPharmacovigilance concerning
Receiving DI/ADRs information from patients, hospitals and HCPs and transferring it to PICs

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

University of pharmacy or medicine degree, additional business education is an advantage
Very active and combinative personality
Proven Negotiation skills
Good skills in Communication (fluent in English and Vietnamese)
IT skills (MS software, data managing)
Experience in public speaking, presentation skills
Proven Planning and organizing skills
Strategic thinking
Ability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional team
At least 1 year’ experience in hospital tender business
