Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì

Jobs Decriptions:

• Sourcing/Indents/Contract Manufacturing for various products.

• Co-ordinating & assisting Sales/Marketing Staffs to do and complete the urgent jobs which are given by the Managing Director.

• Being in – charge of all import-export contracts/documentations/custom procedures.

• Working and coordinating with Overseas staffs to carry out all documents/shipments.

• Contacting & Negotiating with Shipping Lines/ Airways to get best rates; booking containers/space.

• Checking all Draft Shipping Docs (Invoice, Packing List, BOL/AWB, COO) and others docs before issuance of Originals (if any).

• Executing other given jobs by the Managing Director and given jobs should be complete accordingly.

• Report directly to Managing Director all daily jobs done at the end of every working day.

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years graduated from University or College.

• Having at least 2 years experience in Import - Export Shipping documents.

• Having good communication with Manufacturers/Buyers/Sellers.

• Being capable to work independently & under high pressure.; being responsible for all concerned given jobs.
