Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì

Manage assigned territories including:

  • Build tender plan, execution to be matched with sales & marketing’s strategies, responsible for achieving key account business objectives assigned by company
  • Develop relationships with KOLs via scientific communication and meeting activities align with the Company’s policy and compliance
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision maker in order to facilitate future sales
  • Actively seek, identify key accounts, healthcare professional that have greatest effect on use of company product by meeting with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care 
  • Build networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company’s product by attending and participating in conferences, and seminars.
  • Strengthens customer relationships by performing sales support activities (e.g. internal and external customer training, launches, and updates)
  • Support National Sales Director to implement company's new marketing strategies,
  • including new products prices, promotion, etc.
  • Monitor marketing trends and competitors’ activities in the assigned territories

Cooperate and support local distributor team:

  • Collaborate closely with local distributor team to understand tender process including provide the quotation with the accuracy, ensure tender dossiers are submitted in full and on time, enlist the company’s products in tender list of key hospitals.
  • Help develop and implement a plan for each territory

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Medicine
  • 2 – 5 working years of relevant experience for tender management in pharmaceutical multinational companies, and managing key hospital accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, government regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, adaptable, results-oriented approach and teamwork
  • Able to write/ speak English is preferable
